Refund Policy

1. Live Stream Fulfillment
Our priority is to ensure every paid submission receives a professional review. However, due to the nature of live broadcasting, the following rules apply:
- Paid Tiers (Priority): If your submission is not reached during the live session for which it was purchased, it will automatically roll over to the priority queue of the next scheduled live stream.
- Refund Option: If you prefer a refund over a roll-over credit, you must submit a request via email within 24 hours of the missed live session.
- Free Submissions: We do not guarantee that free submissions will be reviewed. No refunds or credits are applicable to free tiers.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following instances:
- Policy Violations: Submissions that contain prohibited content (hate speech, illegal material, etc.) as defined in our Terms of Use are disqualified without a refund.
- Subjective Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not provided based on the nature of the critique, feedback, or the final decision rendered during the review.
- Completed Reviews: Once a submission has been played or reviewed on stream, the service is considered "fully rendered" and is non-refundable.
3. Technical Errors & Duplicates
If you experience a technical failure on our platform that prevents your file from being processed, or if you were accidentally charged twice for the same submission, a full refund will be issued upon verification of the error.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email [Your Support Email] with your name and Transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
