2. Submission Guidelines & Violations

Users are responsible for the content they upload. Submissions must not contain:

• Hate speech or illegal material.
• Unauthorized copyrighted content.
• Extreme gratuitous violence.

Violations: Submissions violating these standards will be disqualified immediately without a refund.

3. Live Stream Review Tiers

Paid Tiers: Provide priority placement in the review queue. If a paid submission is not reached during a live session, it will automatically roll over to the next scheduled event or be eligible for a refund upon request.

Free Tiers: Accepted as a courtesy. There is no guarantee that free submissions will be reviewed or mentioned.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your submitted media. By submitting, you grant Terrance Ward a limited license to play, review, and critique your work during live broadcasts and recorded segments.
